A had his 15 month checkup today and he is still barely on the growth chart. But since he hasn't dipped anymore we don't have to go back for a weight check until his 18 month appointment. Yay! He is 19 lb 12 oz and 29.5 inches (3rd percentile for weight and 6th for height).
He got the Pentacel vaccine again today. Our pedi doesn't give MMR until 18 months which is a little strange to me. Anyone else not get MMR yet?

Re: Still have a peanut and MMR question
I don't know how much different it is, but there is a chart for boys and one for girls. But I didn't think it would be that big of a difference?!
At this age, there are still CDC and WHO charts, too. I always look at the WHO chart for Kurt as he was/is breastfed but my pedi uses CDC for all babies, regardless.
Sweetpea- She said that she likes to wait until the kids are more verbal to give MMR. I am guessing that she has had too many parents blaming vaccines for autism that she changed her practice like this. She did say that if daycare starts pushing for the vaccine she will give it earlier. I was willing to follow the CDC guidelines for vaccination but I trust this doctor so I guess we will go with her spacing them out a bit.
Jakstr- that is really interesting that the percentages are so different for a boy vs a girl. I know there are different charts but didn't think they were that different!
Amelia- thanks for reminding me- I have to check out the WHO chart since he was breastfed until 13 months. I believe my pedi uses the CDC chart.
