DD has been taking 1 nap for a few weeks now. The naps have been getting a little longer, which is great. However, we were giving her lunch after her naps (used to be 11-12) but now she is napping roughly 12-2pm (sometimes 2:30).
If LO is down to one nap, what time is their nap and do you do lunch before or after nap?

Re: If LO is down to one nap... schedule?
7am: wake up
9:30am: breakfast
12:30-2:30 (although some days like today he naps later until 3:30): nap
Directly after nap he has lunch.
6:30: dinner
8pm: bed
STTN about 25-50% of the time.
We tried lunch before nap and I just couldn't make it work. This works well for us.
Wake 6:30/7am -- formula/milk
7:30/8am -- breakfast
9:30/10am -- snack
noon -- lunch
12:30-2/3 -- nap
3/3:30pm -- snack
5/5:30pm -- dinner
7pm -- bed
DS just switched to one long nap. He wont eat lunch before nap because its too early, so we have it after. Our day is:
8 am wake up, 6 oz of milk
9 am breakfast
11 am 6 oz milk, nap
2 pm wake from nap and have lunch
4 pm 6 oz milk, sometimes a small snack
6:30 dinner
8:30 6oz milk and then bed

At daycare he eats lunch at11:30 and naps from 12:30-2:30 (or today 12:30 to 2:45).
At home on the weekends we eat lunch at 12, and then he goes down shortly after, either 12:30 or 1.
We are usually either one of these two depending on how big of a breakfast I'm making and how long it takes to cook
8:30 wake up
9:00 smaller breakfast
11:30 lunch
11:45-3:30 nap
OR
8:30 wake up, immediate snack (fruit, etc)
10:30 bigger breakfast
11:30 snack and lg cup milk
11:45-3:30 nap
