She can't be teething already, can she?

LO is only 2 months adjusted, but lately she has been gumming her paci and the nipple on the bottle when DH feeds her.  She also seems to be a little more drooly than normal...could she possibly be cutting a tooth?  Her overall demeanor hasn't changed and there aren't any real changes in her sleep patterns.  Is she just playing with the paci?

teething varies wildly so maybe?!   More likely is that she is just developing her oral motor skills and playing around with what she can do.  If it was just on the nipple of the bottle I might say that she wasnt happy with the flow (either too fast or too slow) but if she is doing it with a paci too she is probably just playing.

Both of my boys started teething at 2/3 months old and they both had their first tooth appear at 4 months...
