Hi everyone! I'm going to post a weigh in thread and weekly non scale goals for those of us who are trying to lose weight. My tips will be WW tips, but apply to all weight loss/healthy eating plans

Goal weight 135
Weekly goal for everyone:
Strive to eat a fruit or veggie at every meal bc they are very healthy, filling, and 0 points per serving. Try to eat the rainbow worth of colors...red apples, orange, banana, spinach, berries, etc. Potatoes and corn aren't 0 points bc they are technically a starch
Also, what are your scale goal and non scale goals for this week????

Scale Goal: 12 pounds
I lost 50lbs about 6 years ago counting calories. So I know it can be done! I will be cutting out alcohol, allowing 12 a week. Also, I'll be eating no red meats!
I'm just getting started but a few goals for the week:
giving up cream in my coffee (80-200 cal/d!)
drink 8x8 oz water
1 meal a day will be a big salad
if I have to eat on-the-go, then choose fruit, nuts. veggies

Non scale goal(s)- Drink water with every meal ( I am a milk addict. Even thought I only drink skim, I can easily drink 600cal in a day), Eat breakfast every day, and use my freaking gym membership 3x a week (Since I've been paying for it since September)

Goal weight - 140 lbs by my birthday May 4
Weekly goal - 1 lb/week
Non scale goal for this week - I'll be at a dance convention for 4 days this week, so my goal is actually to not let my eating fall apart. Manage to eat enough while still sticking to the MSPI diet. Will be picking up snack to have on hand.

Non-weight goal: Get back into my healthy eating routine after the holidays. I ate like crap for a week and a half but I didn't gain anything - score!

I gave up coffee creamer, but only bc I BF and Hunter has MSPI. It wasn't too bad and now I don't miss it. Amazing how those small things add up

You can do it! WW will also allow half of your 8 glasses of water to be from diet drinks that are caffeine free. So 4 of them can be from diet caffeine sprite or crystal light if you grow to hate water

Hunter is MPSI so I have a hard time w snacks too. Be sure to get a calcium supplement w vitamin D. I snack on fruit and veggies, hummus w pretzels mostly. Boring but it's safe

Weekly scale goal: 5lbs I have hernia surgery booked for Tuesday so I am thinking that will help me kick start the weight loss! There has to be some positive to surgery right?!?
Nonscale goal: Make a bunch of healthy freezer meals this week since I wont be able to cook next week. Do healthy freezer meals even exist!?

non scale goal: Start bringing my lunch again and to start using the gym at work during my lunch hour.
Thanks! My dh is a picky eater (worse then most 5 year olds) I should just make them for myself then he can live off of KD for a week. I know that if I don't premake stuff we will end up eating takeout ALLLLL week. NO GOOD!

So embarrassed to type that but I need to be accountable.
Goal: 130ish, hell I'll take 150 even but I know that isnt healthy enough.
Scale goal for the week is negative 2lbs.
Non scale goal is to not drink during the week and use my extra points for wine on Saturday and Sunday. And I will not cheat!!!!

Scale goal: -2 lbs would be great, but I have my MFP settings set up to lose 1.5 lbs a week, so that would be fine too.
Non-scale goal: Log everything every day this week in MFP. I need to get back in the habit of logging my food and planning my meals in advance. I also want to try to fit in at least 3 workouts before our check-in next Wednesday. Lastly, I want to record my measurements so I have another way of tracking my progress other than just the scale.
