Reaction to DTAP?

My DD had her DTAP shot early Monday morning and has since been miserable...cranky, short tempered, not interested in eating, etc and her thigh is bright red and the area goes from the injection site and about 4-5 inches all around it. I'm not sure if I should call Pedi tomorrow if it's still red and she is still miserable or not. Never had her react like this before. DS has RSV some I'm thinking some of her issues may be related to her coming down with a cold too but the redness is a bit concerning. Any advice?

Sounds like it could be a reaction and I would at least call and see what they say at the pedi office. They would know best. Hope she feels better!
