xp: lightweight, reversible seat stroller

Any recommendations for a lightweight, reversible seat (forward facing and rear facing options) stroller that is inexpensive (less than or around $200)??

Don't envision using it for more than walks around the neighborhood, so don't need anything fancy with lots of extras.

Depends on your definition of lightweight. A truly lightweight stroller won't have a reversible seat, b/c it'll be an umbrella stroller (Under 12 pounds). The strollers with seats that do reverse are all like 22 pounds plus (ex: Uppa Baby Visit, Britax B-Ready, JJ Cole Broadway). I say to find the stroller you want, and then stalk sales and craigslist to get a great price.
