I just found out one of the neonatologists from the NICU DS was in had passed.  She was on the night DS was delivered and I always attributed how well he did partly to those initial decisions she made about his treatment.  She also performed his circumcision-seems like a silly thing to be grateful for but several of the nurses had said to DH and and I that the dr did a "beautiful circumcision, " to the point that we felt like if we let another dr do it we would be doing him a huge disservice. Not sure why, but I can't stop thinking about how she spent her life helping LO's like my son, and what an amazing human she was to do that.  I'm so grateful to all the dr's that treated my son and they will always have a special place in my heart.
