What video monitor do you use?

Hubby and I are about ready to purchase a monitor. We live in the city, so I believe that the digital feature is important. All of the monitors I review online have good and bad reviews. What video monitor do you use? And why do you like/don't like it?

We ended up getting a Foscam ip camera. It has been perfect for DS's room as we can pan, tilt and zoom, plus we can see well at night. It was much cheaper than a video monitor too about a third of the price. We just watch him on our iPhones via an app.

Or do you prefer a sound only monitor? Any recommendations for this FTM?

We use DropCam and watch it on our iPhones and iPad. It works great so you should check it out.... Way better than my SIL's Summer video monitor from BRU.

We have the Motorola 3.5" video monitor and love it.  We have 2 cameras and the picture is wonderful, pan/zoom, great picture at night, 2-way talk feature.  Love everything about it, highly recommend.

We had an audio monitor initially and were happy with it Sony Babycall. Our ip camera has twoway audio, too. As DS got older around a year, we wished we had bought a camera or video monitor. It is well worth spending a little money, IMO. We got our audio monitors which we use all the time too and our camera we just open the app on our phone if we want to see DS or talk to him for around 100. We lucked into our monitors on sale, though, for around 30.
