After the kids went to bed H and I decide to get super crazy with a martini and a movie. And hopes of more later. However, they somehow knew we were relaxing and have both decided to wake up screaming in the last hour. DS is back down and H is giving DD a bottle now because she wouldn't settle for me without nursing, and since I drank my drink I don't feel comfortable letting her now.
FFS I just want to relax and have one GD evening with my husband!
And now we're only 30 min from New Years and fireworks so that'll be awesome. Hopefully the frigid temps keep booms to a minimum. Grr.

I totally understand. My 10 month old still doesn't STTN. I got pregnant with him about a month after DD started STTN. I haven't slept in yeeeeeaaaaarrrrs.

And yeah, I'm ready to go beat up the moron who made the giant boom right outside my son's window, rattling all the windows in the house and waking him up.

Glad we're not the only ones. Thanks to the crazy people with their gun shot sounding fireworks or firecrackers or whatever the hell it is that woke DS just as I was falling asleep.
