What was your last meal before the new year???

We had seafood stuffed salmon, mashed potatoes and hericot vert.

    Steamed lobster, baked crab legs (we only have one big pot....they were great baked actually), potato skins with cheddar, goat cheese, and bacon crumbles, and lobster soup made with the shells and some cream.  :)

    Main was: salami, smoked salmon, and various cheeses [jalsberg, haloumi, and brie] and crackers and pate.

    Dessert was: dark choc fondue with strawberries, cherries, blue berries, blackberries and banana.

    Drinks were: Italian sparkling wine for DH and half a glass for me mixed with manderine juice, then sparkling apple juice for me.

    Wow, everyone had great NYE dinners... MH and I had Popeyes chicken and onion rings... We picked it up on the way home from the airport. Technically it was supposed to be a late lunch, and we were going to have dinner, we just never did because I went grocery shopping instead, Yay!


    I agree. I picked up Red Robin on my way home from work. Nothing fancy here.
