How long did the stomach flu last for your toddler?

First time for DS1. Poor kiddo. Thankfully it seems to be pretty mild as he has only thrown up twice in two days, but a few episodes of diarrhea. Complains that his belly hurts and has no appetite. Was able to eat yogurt and mini pancakes for breakfast and kept those down, and has been sipping on pedialyte. Passed out on the couch right now! How long did it last for your DC?

DS is just getting over one.  He only threw up the first day but had diarrhea beyond that.  I think 48 hours is when we started to see improvement.  Hope your DS feels better soon!

I'm tellinh you everyone in our city has had it. DDs lasted 12 hours. Mine 24. DHs 24. Our friends all were 24 hours. I hope yours is short lived as well. Hope he feels better soon.

My 1 1/2 year old only threw up twice within a hour and then was fine. My 3 1/2 year old threw up eight times within a 24 hour period, mostly throughout the night.
