How Much TTO and Bleach?

I am getting ready to disinfect my diapers using a mixture of TTO and chlorine bleach.  I have a HE FL machine.  How much of each should product should I be using?  Should both be added to the hot wash cycle?

I usually add TTO to the prewash or rinse because I find the smell lingers a lot. I add the bleach to the hot wash. 20-30 drops of TTO, 1/4 cup of bleach is what I use.

1/4 is the recommended amount of bleach. DO NOT USE 1/2 CUP. I'd also do a couple extra rinses, just to be sure.

I accidently used 1/2 cup and did 4 rinses, but about a minute after I put the diaper on my little one, she started screaming. I rewashed and then rinsed a couple more times and they were fine.
