3 am playtime...please make it stop!

My lo just turned 8 months, and for the last 2 weeks she has been waking at 3 am to play until 5 am. She goes to sleep around 7pm, and still wakes multiple times a night to nurse. We cosleep. She usually takes a good 2 hr nap in the morning and 2 short naps throughout the day. We have tried eliminating the last nap, so she doesn't sleep after 4 and that still doesn't help. It just makes her ready for bed earlier. Any suggestions? TIA!
