I thought by now everything would be normal and for the most part it is. 5 months after my c-section I would get flashing pains where my scar is. My belly is still puffy and loose right above my scar. I used to be able to do a crazy amount of sit ups without breaking a sweat and now I can't do one without cheating. I found this link and wanted to share it with c-sections moms. Apparently I was trying too hard with my sit ups. I am going to try these exercises to pull my muscles back together. Hope this helps someone!
