how often to get tylenol

Lo is a mess today... I posted early about him having very dry skin and you ladies were so helpful. Now he is sick! DH has been sick for the past week and DS caught his cold. He is very congested, coughing a little, and a slight fever.I gave him the recommended amount that our pedi told us but didn't ask how often? Is it the same as it says on the box? I don't want to give him to much but its been 4 hours and he is a fussy mess again. I'm going in the a.m. to the pedi's office about the dry skin so we will check why he is sick also.

Tylenol is every 4-6 hrs.
