Anyone have recommendations for good post baby ab exercises to tighten skin after pregnancy. Also, I read there are some lotions that can help tighten skin but not sure how much credibility that holds. Please give me any recommendations for what has been working for you
After my first, I continued to use olive oil on my stomach. As far as exercise, I did jillian Michael's workouts religiously and ate very clean. I had a lot of loose skin but by 8 months post partum you would have never known I had given birth.
I did the P90X series, which includes an 'ab ripper' section. That helped a lot. Pilates is great, too, if that is an option for you.... a way to build strength from deep core muscles. More than any one specific method, try anything that you will be motivated to actually do!
