Snow boot recommendations?

Would love to hear people's recommendations for good snow boots for my 22 month old....We have some that do not come up as high as I'd like.  Would like to find something a bit more rugged but still easy to walk around in...

We are in Massachusetts and just had our first real snow of the Winter.

I haven't bought them yet, but I was told the ones by Totes were really good. I know kohls carries them, so I may try looking there. I also don't want to spend a lot of money on them.

I had a heard time finding boots that weren't super heavy and stiff. I ended up buying a pair of Stonz and love them. They are like flexible and waterproof covers that slip right over J's shoes. Check them out....
