Teething pain

Teething pain

I think N is having teething pain. She is 10w old. She doesnt cry a lot usually but she has been crying a lot the last few days with the pain cry not hungry, no dirty diaper, no gas. She is also gnawing on her hand and drooling a lot. I feel so bad for her that she is in pain. She is also crying in her sleep.

Re: Teething pain

  • It might or might not be teeth.

It's very normal for them to start chewing on things which causes drool.

Do you feel any bumps on their gums? Cooper's been drooling a lot but doesn't have any bumps/pain. I think it's just a developmental thing.

She has bumps on her gums but I know it's really early. She is definitely in pain. She just cried for 2 hours straight and just fell asleep. The crying is not normal at all.

  • It's just an interest in her hands.

  • The fussiness could also be from her hitting or being about to hit some developmental milestone. Well into toddlerhood you'll see fussiness or sleep issues around milestones.
