Getting a Car Seat Installed

We live in Alexandria City and I've reached out to the Fire Dept. (they stopped installing car seats 2 or 3 years ago), and to the Fairfax County PD (they have only one date with a three hour block when they'll install car seats and it happens to be during my lamaze class).  

Anyone know of any other places that will do this?  I'm due anytime between February 1 - 10, and am worried that if I deliver early, I could end up not being ready.  Thoughts?
