Cervical biopsy

Has anyone ever had a cervical biopsy? I had my second colposcopy yesterday and my doctor did a punch biopsy. She could do one during the first colposcopy because I was pregnant. I was fine until an hour or so afterwards an then it felt like cramps. Then tonight when I went to the bathroom there was like tissue or something from inside of me that came out. Is this normal? I can't remember what she told me would happen and what to call for and of course this is after they are closed. From what I have found on dr google it is normal but I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience.

Yes I have had two and had bleeding, cramps and passed small clots with no complications after both.

Yes I had one done last week and my doc said don't freak out when it looks like your insides are coming out. I did pass a small clot the next day. Stupid abnormal cells!! Wish they would go away.

Yup. Sounds normal.
