swollen cheeks...teething?

hey folks, the past week I've noticed LO's cheeks have been plump, I thought it was just weight gain (and it may be) and cute however today I was fishing something out of her mouth and noticed her cheeks were quite firm, indicating swelling. She has been teething slightly, so I am wondering if maybe this is a teething thing?

We introduced Puffs this week and she has been holding them in her cheeks, so I'm wondering if they could be irritating them. Hopefully just teething...

Idk...my first thought is allergies. Puffs? Do they contain nuts or chz? Maybe an uncommon allergy... molars might cause swelling but those typically don't come in 'til later.
