Disappointed (PIP)

Well, we had our 35 week appointment and ultrasound on Wednesday.  We were super excited to get to see our baby's face!  However, she wants us to wait until she's born to do that, I guess!  The tech couldn't get a clear shot of her at all.  She kept burying her face in the placenta, the umbilical cord was coiled up in front of the part of her face that was exposed and she had both her hands AND a foot up there covering it, too!  Not seeing her was a little disappointing.  The good news (and most important) was she was able to get all the measurements she needed to give to my OB and everything is looking great!  She's head down and ready to go and growing nicely!  Here's the sneak peek we got of our little love bug.

I went back two different times to try and get a good pic at an elective ultrasound place and he would not cooperate.  first he hid in the placenta and put his hands and a foot in front of his face.  THen the next time he kept "pinwheeling" around with his back to us.  He has the same idea as your little girl!

Don't you just love it?  I get jealous of the people that get these amazing pictures!  I guess we will see our cuties soon enough....I'm just so impatient!!  lol

I feel your pain.  We have the same problem of him hiding his face alll the time.  Its always something he hiding behind.  But sounds like she is just saying "mommy i will show you my face soon enough"

Our pics look the same! I was bummed-- but it will be a fun surprise in a few weeks to see her!

The 3d place I went to said 32 weeks was kind of the outside limit for decent shots sorry you ladies didn't get the best pics!! Our LO, at 30 weeks, was nuzzled in the placenta with the umbilical cord near the face, and he kept his hands up as well, and it took a lot of work to get any decent shots! At least you don't have too much longer to wait to see just how cute they are in person
