Do you know what stroller/car seat you will be getting for LO? I read so much on them as can't make a decision! I'm also 5'9" so need one with a higher handle so I don't need to slouch.
I have the baby jogger city select and love it. Adjustable handle so my husband is comfy at 6 feet tall and I'm good at 5'3". We have the Chico key fit 30 and the converter attachment for the stroller. I love our stroller because it converts to a double and we knew we'd have more kids so even though it was great as a single, I don't have to buy a new stroller with number 2 on the way. It's not cheap but I adore our stroller.
We have the Uppa Baby Vista and love it. It is so smooth and the bassinett was a life saver. Really easy to use too. I am looking at the Buggaboo Dualie for this pregnancy.

If I was having twins or kids closer in age, hands down that's the stroller I would be getting. Looooove.
We will use the Chicco Key Fit 30 Infant Carrier and the BOB Revolution stroller with infant attachment. For quick trips, I'll use the Snap N' Go with the Chicco carrier. For this LO, I'm buying the BOB Dualie

Is it possible to buy a converter for our infant car seat with this stroller? Or do you just transfer baby from car seat to bassinet?
Go to a store and try them out. I'm 5'10" and honestly didn't think that any seemed too low for me. CityMini, BOB, and Phil & Teds were all fine, as were pretty much everything else.

There is an adaptor. We had the Chicco Keyfit 30 still use and they sell an adaptor to install on the stroller. We never actually ended up installing it and just used the basinnet or never had to transfer from car to carriage.
We're pretty set on a baby trend expedition jogger.. played with it in BRU yesterday and loved it even tho my initial plan was to convince hubby out of it
We're going with the Graco Trekko Stroller and Graco car seat. My partner's Mother saw the stroller and fell in love with it and wants to buy it for us. I can't complain, I really like the look of it and all of its functions.
We lost our first (EDD 07/23/12) after finding out at 12 weeks there was no longer a heartbeat. Our rainbow was born 05/22/13 and was worth all we went through.

I wanna hold her hand and show her some beauty before all this damage
is done. But if it’s too much to ask, it’s too much to ask … Then send
me a son.” – Arcade Fire
I was planning on getting the baby jogger city mini and the chico key fit 30. Does the city mini convert to a double as well? Can you send me more info on yours if not? Would love to have this option for the future.
My husband is 6'4, so we need something that has a higher handle as well. We are getting the city select stroller - the handle is adjustable, and he finds its a great height. It is also a great stroller and can convert into a double, so if you are thinking of another one in the future.
Car seat, we are going to get the Graco snugride35

Unfortunately the city mini doesn't convert to a double. They do sell double city minis though. I like the city mini, but for a couple hundred more the select made long term sense for us.
We are getting the aprica twilite travel system, I love it! It's light weight, not bulky, I was able to fold and unfold with one hand . Also great reviews!
