Anyone have experience with broken capillaries?

Hi Ladies,

So the month of November was full of illness for poor little DS.  The end was particularly bad with puking etc.  I noticed he had what looked like a scrap underneath his eyes, but then noticed that there were tiny blood vessels around it.  It's been about a month and it's still there...

Wondering if these are broken capillaries?  Does anyone have experience with this / how to treat it?  I'm not sure if this is worth a call into the pedi's office or not....

That's probably what it is.  DS doesn't get this, but DH does almost any time he vomits.  The blood will just reabsorb on it's own.
