I hope you reconsider naming your baby Hezekiah (I actually went to kindergarten with a Hezekiah). But if you follow though, a short, traditional MN is probably your best bet. James or Aaron?
Thanks for your replies. Actually, James is one of the names that my husband and I were discussing. I realize that Hezekiah may be a mouthful, but if you think about it has the same amount of syllables as Elizabeth and so many people are naming their girls Elizabeth. We love the name Hezekiah...we have 5 girls all with H names and wanted another H name that we really liked for our little boy. Girls names are...Heather, Haley, Heidi, Hannah & Hope.

With those lovely girl names, in my opinion Hezekiah just doesn't fit. Some other H boy names:
Hunter
Henry
Heath
Harrison
Otherwise, of the suggestions mentioned, I really like James as a middle name. It flows well with Hezekiah, and is an option your son could use to go by should he not want to go by Hezekiah.
It’s not that I don’t like you, it’s that I don’t know you. Stranger Danger.
Re: Middle name for Hezekiah
Perhaps Reuven?
Are you looking for a name along that line?

I like the name Hezekiah, though he's not really someone in the Bible I'd name after.
Do you want another Bible name? Maybe go with something more main stream and shorter like Hezekiah Levi.
Um, I'm trying to come up with a non-Biblical and short name and am having trouble. I'm really into Bible names, lol!
Hezekiah James
Hezekiah Daniel
Hezekiah Aaron
Hezekiah is a bit of a mouthful for me.
That and Hezekiah James both sound very nice.
Hezekiah Seth
Hezekiah Rosh
