TMI Warning:Unusual Discharge

Hey ladies!
Sorry to bother you with this TMI question. I've lurked on here and checked the internet with no luck for someone who isn't already KU. DH and I have recently started actively TTC. The last few times we've had sex, I've had a yellowish jellylike discharge. I'm pretty sure it's me and not him, but it's sort of hard to tell since it's mixed. Does anyone think it's something to worry about? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Baby dust to all! :

Google it!  That is my answer to a lot of things.  But really...

I will accept your baby dust.  = ) Make sure you read the boards and get a feel for the atmosphere.  Welcome & GL!

LoL, I will hoard my baby dust from now on.  :-)  Thank you for the advice on getting a feel for the atmosphere and on my situation.  I did try google but everything that came up was for during pregnancy.

I am def. no expert...but I have had yellow CM during a yeast infection.  I feel like I read somewhere that if you have a yellowish color that it can mean you have an infection or one is on brink.

These days the board doesn't like baby dust but I personally don't really care, and do appreciate the "good luck!" sentiment, so thank you!

As for your question after sex my discharge also looks a little yellowy--I think it is the semen (though DH's semen is normally white--it just somehow becomes yellow when mixed with my fluids after sex.) The jelly-ish substance could be ewcm, which is great because hopefully you are fertile at that time.

As for googling, I agree that it is hard to find good images of different kinds of fluids and cm. There is a great site where a woman photographed her cervix and users submitted similar photos. That is a great site but still doesn't show you what the cm looks like out of your body.

Goes to show I was out of bumptown for a while. ; Thanks for your feedback. I did notice that his semen and my CM/discharge look normal when seperate. So hopefully it's just the reaction when mixed!
