Need a middle name for Miriam!!!!

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I am at a loss for a middle name for the only girl name on our list! We don't know the gender so its really starting to worry me that we'll have a girl and no name for her!

 

So give me your best middle name suggestions for Miriam. The last name will be 4 syllables and ends in "er".

Miriam is one of our girl name choices.  Our MN will be Susan but we have a short last name.  I would suggest a short MN for your girl because of the long last name.

My husband was born in July, we began dating in July and for a couple other reasons it holds significance for us, so "Ruby" is in the top running for MN for us (birthstone).  Is there anything like that or a family name that could be used?  I think 1-2 syllables would probably be best.  Good luck!
