The First Years bottle warmer question

I got this for Christmas from my BIL. I used it today and it was great! The only thing I'm wondering about it is, can it heat up a frozen bag of breast milk? Or a frozen bottle of breast milk? Or does it have to be in liquid form before it can heat it up properly?

If you have this warmer, do you warm up frozen breast milk bags in it?
