spoiled baby?

so i know it has been talked about before and everyone says there is no way to spoil a young baby. But everyone in my family says that i have spoiled DD because when she is cranky she only wants me and because when there are a lot of people around she only wants me. Is there a way to tell them that she is not spoiled? Sometimes i just feel like screaming at them that even if she is spoiled i dont care because she is MY daughter and i can do as i please.

The fact that your baby prefers her mother to others does not mean she is spoiled.  And I agree with a PP, who cares if she is?

No matter what you say or do people are always going to have an opinion on your parenting. Always. Its better to just ignore them than wasting your breath. BUT  maybe you could say something like, "Well atleast I know she wants me know because before I know it she won't even want to be seen in public with me."
