Anyone NOT open all LOs gifts on x-mas???

Ok ... I must be the world's worst mom!  We only opened 2 of LOs "santa" gifts on x-mas day!  I can explain....

We went to LO's dad's on x-mas eve.  2.5 hour drive each way.  Got home around mid-night.  LO slept in the car both ways.  But woke up when I tried to put her in her bassinette at midnight.  She finally fell asleep at 1:00 am.  Then on x-mas morning ... we did a bunch of photos us LO and us in our PJs (coming down the stairs, opening two of LO's santa gifts and LOs gifts to mom and dad).  Then LO was ready for a nap.  When she woke up my family was arriving.  So we figured we'd just do it when they left.  But by the time they all left it was time to put LO to bed!

I think we were all a little "over stimulated"!!!  So we just opened the rest the next day.  Which is funny becasue we didn't really get her that much to begin with.  Mostly just small stuff!

Am I the only one?!?!!?

My SIL told me she did the same thing with her LO a few years ago. But she's also weird. Oh no!  Am I weird like her?!?!? NO!!!!!

Bahaha....calm down we didn't open all our presents either. It was spread over 3 day period

Our tree is still loaded with presents. We went overboard but she's our first so we were  super excited. She opens gifts slowly LOL plus the ILs came over Christmas day so she opened their presents. We have been doing a few presents each .

DD went down for a nap when we started gifts. So DH and I opened all her things that we knew were cloths and diapers. We decided to saver her stocking for her to tear into....but we forgot about it until she was in bed for the night! Bad mommy right here!

Link still has about 5 presents under the tree and more will arrive this weekend when my family comes
