Cramps anyone?

Anyone else having mild cramps, period feeling like?  I just starting feeling this and not sure if I should be concerned.  I just had my 20 week ultrasound last week and they said my placenta and cervix and baby all look good.  I have a doppler and still hear the heart beat and still feel the little flutters of baby.   I hate calling the doctor for every little thing and they are mild and not constant.....just wondering if this can be normal with uterus growing, etc.....  Thanks for any information.
