baby sleep position

anyone's baby sleep with their head titled back....and if so, do you leave it alone?  baby tilts is back so much that i am worried she'll snap her neck!

    My son does it while he sleeps in his swing some times. I figure he'll move it if he's uncomfortable. I don't think there's any problem with it.
