So my dh and I were thrilled when AF finally showed up when my ds was 6 mths (we immediately ttc) Now 7 mths af didn't show up when it was suppose to and only getting negative on hpts. Ugh im so annoyed i just want af or a bfp on the hpt. Anyone have this issue where your flow wasn't normal since before the baby.

I'm sorry. I wish I could share from experience, but my period has been pretty accurate since it came back. However, if you want to naturally try to regulate your period then make sure you are eating lots of fiber, taking a multivitamin daily, exercising, and sleeping in a very dark room at night! Hopefully it regulates for you soon!

Mine has been pretty off. I got my first when LO was 4 months and it's been pretty irregular to the point where I was also take pregnancy tests except we don't want another LO just yet!!  It'll go 2 weeks and I'll get one and them 3 or 5 weeks.  Sometimes they are super duper heavy and another time it's really light.  I think it just takes awhile to get back on track. Have you tried taking the ovulation predictor test to see when your ovulating since you're TTC?

I think it's pretty normal for AF to be off after you have a baby...mine came about 4 months after baby and has been irregular since...some months it has been as much as 8 days early or late...I think you just need to give it a couple of months to get back on track!

Mine came back when DS was 4.5 months old. It's still not regular. It's taking a week or two longer between periods then it did pre-pregnancy. But it's not a consistently different time. Very hard to track.
