Bubbling around belly button?

I see my doctor tomorrow but I had my C-section last Friday and today I noticed that around the top and bottom of my belly button its kinda bubbling up. Almost in a straight line down. I'm not sure how to explain it but it kind of worries me. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? I didn't have anything like this for my first CS.
