PP Period

I'm FF and I got myr first AF at 3 months pp and it was really light.  Between month 3-4, it returned even though I'm on seasonique bc and now it won't go away.  It's been a month of bleeding!  I had a CS and I don't know if that has anything to do with it, since this didn't happen last time with my vaginal delivery.

I'd like to know if i'm alone with this or not because my doctor doesn't seem concerned, but honestly loosing this much blood over the course of a month is leaving me with no energy and feeling really crappy.
