Ribs pain and tip

Last few days my left side/ribs have been so sore, can't even sleep. Yesterday I had the heating pad on all day and could barely relax. Felt like everything was stuck. DH was nervous and insisted I go to OB today. Fortunately I'm fine, no kidney stones just baby b  giving me a hard time. Doc said I can take Tylenol pm and do some stretches and massage. In case anyone else has this, here's the most helpful stretch: stand 30cm from wall and face it. Cross arms in front of you and put hands on wall. Walk hands up the wall.

ER 7/14/12 6R 5F, ET 7/17 3 embies, beta #1 7/26: 147, beta #2 7/28: 326, beta#3 7/30: 422...ugh, beta#4 7/31: 607...hopeful, beta #5 8/2: 1280, beta #6 8/7: 7184 and u/s shows 1 possibly 2 sacs! 8/14 2 beautiful heartbeats! 9/24 we are TEAM BLUE!!!!!

    I have the same problem. Thanks for the tip! Today my Dr. gave me a tip as well. Put an ice pack on your ribs. This will reduce the inflammation and move baby B down a bit from out of your ribs. I'm about to try it because my ribs are so sore!

    Yep I alternated heat and ice and took Tylenol PM last night. Still woke with pain, but was so sleepy that I went right back. Hope u get relief!!

    Also, go braless when you can. I also bought a bra that was too big (34 to a 38). It did the trick for me. It took a few weeks after the switch to feel better, but it worked.

    Yes I bought bra extenders bc I already bought 2 different sizes since pg and bras are not cheap! I think I'm going to switch to tanks soon.
