Where to donate stuffed animals?

My girls got a bunch of new stuffed animals for Christmas, and they already have way too many!  Any suggestions on where I can donate some to?  Does Goodwill take them or not?

    Maybe one of the Children's hospitals? Or a battered women's shelter, like Naomi Center in DT St. Paul? Or someplace like Birthright?

    I'd call Children's and say your LO wants to donate some stuffed animals that they got (way too many of) for Christmas...  Yes, Goodwill will take them, but the Children's Hospitals are the way to go if you can get connected with the right people...

    also Sr.living/Care Centers will take them also.
