DS is 11 weeks and feeds about every 2 hours during the day, and at night goes anywhere from 47 hour stretches. He probably feeds 10 times total, and I've found if I wake him to feed during the day every 2 hours he usually goes longer at night.

My 12 week old is eating every 2 to 2 1/2 hours during the day totaling about 10 to 11 times per day.
I am worried because I return to work next Wednesday and will only be able to pump every three hours instead of every two. I am concerned I won't be able to produce enough to keep up with him.

I ad the same situation ans was worried about this too, but I have found that I more completely empty both breasts when I pump. DS was more of a snacker, hence the eating every two hours. I pump three times while I am gone, with a total of 16 ounces usually, and he only eats 12 ounces (three bottles) while I am at work, so I am actually up about 4 ounces a day. He usually only eats 2-3 ounces at a time from the breast. Hope it works out the same for you.

This. I have developed a freezer stash from pumping at work.
