Have any of you experienced in your first trimester spotting after a workout?
I have been working out half of my life- was a professional dancer, and I love to lift weights, run etc about 4 times a week.
I have adjusted accordingly and wear my heart rate monitor. I stopped running once I got a bfp, mostly bc I had a mc in sept and was afraid to risk it doing any impact activity.
So I was on the elliptical for 45 mins sunday, and towards the end I had mild cramping on one side. The next day and today I have been having brown spotting.
But is it typical to have some spotting from working out?? Naturally, I want to freak out bc I started with spotting back in Sept =( calling Dr first thing in the am.
