Quick, easy appetizers!

I have a TON to do today and have to work tomorrow and my I told my mom I would make a few apps for when family comes over tomorrow, but have no idea what to do!  What can I do that's SUPER fast and easy that she can just pop in the oven or put out while I'm at work?

Help!

    Cream cheese with a raspberry jam over it served with wheat thins or a crispy french bread

    Awesome!  Duh!  We do chutney or salsa over cream cheese too, so I can't believe I didn't think of that.  Thanks!!
