WTF weekend holiday edition

With juggling the holidays, family and new lo's, what's everyone got?

Mine is WTF sil, it was so nice of you to come here to meet your nephews and be away from your home for Xmas, but helping on your terms instead of those of the babies is not helpful. Would it kill you to pick up a crying baby? I've got two.

WTF cold. Why did you have to show to the weekend before Christmas. I really want to enjoy this time with family, but now all I want to do is lay in bed.

WTF husband... When I ask you to get the baby to sleep, I don't mean just prop her up in the boppy next to you. Seriously, she is fussy for a reason. Figure it out.

WTF me! Here is the holiday plan I put together and thought was such a great idea keep in mind that I have a 19 month old and a two month old:

Fly from Bermuda where we live to our apt in NYC. Spend the night.

Get up early and fly to my mom's in Cleveland. Stay in Cleveland for six days while DH goes back to work in Bermuda.

Fly solo with both kids back to NYC to meet DH at our apt. Spend the weekend with my 7 year old stepdaughter and in laws.

Fly back to Cleveland on Xmas eve to spend the holiday with my family. Appt with my family doctor as soon as we arrive and then play date with a friend as soon as I'm done.

Fly back to NYC and then Bermuda on Wednesday.

Seriously, WTF was I thinking?!? And exactly what part of that did I think was a good idea. I'm about to lose it now, and I've still got three days and three flights until it's over...

WTF LO, why do you have to feed for 1+ hours at a time, esp since it's the holidays?!

WTF MIL & FIL, why do you insist on visiting so much and in marathon visit style. Seriously, when we get LO's bath ready at 9 pm that's your cue! Skedaddle! You've been hogging DS for 2+ hours and have thrown off his feeding/sleeping. 

WTF days with nothing to do or people to see...I want you back--with LO of course...but the continuous visiting can stop! DS is not going anywhere, let's take a breather!

WTF furbaby, why are you suddenly getting sick and hurting yourself all right around Christmas? Between your skin problems, UTI, and tail injury, we're out a couple hundred dollars.  Don't get me wrong, I'll take back material things to make sure you're healthy and not in pain, but couldn't this have just waited a couple weeks?

WTF to last night

DH was out for his bday and I had both girls asleep by 9:30, I was feeling pretty good about that. My plan was to make some hot mother's milk tea heat up a piece of chocolate cake and watch my bones DVD's. I spent almost an hour trying to hook up the DVD player and make it work but it just wouldn't. I had everything hooked up right and for some reason I could only get sound and not an actual picture. Finally I gave up my tea was cold and I was so angry I just went to sleep. DH double checked it this morning and said I did everything right and he has no idea why it isn't working.

WTF DH, you have a cold, you're not dying. Get off your a$$ and do SOMETHING. Anything. Really. Stop whining FFS! I can only take care of one baby at a time!

WTF onesie. It's the first time LO has worn you and two of the three snaps have broken off. 

WTF cold.. LO has had you going on two weeks now, you are uninvited to Christmas. I'd like my baby who sttn back.

WTF DH I know its not your fault but if really you NEVER get sick but this weekend... right before Christmas and right before we get on a plane to visit your family. And you are never a baby when your sick... except today. Thanks love. 

WTF old ladies? No my baby doesn't need a coat on... its 70 degrees outside and feels like 90 in this store with all these people. She has warm clothes and blanket if she needs it.

WTF me why didn't you get more stuff done this week? Don't you know you have family Christmas's Monday, Tuesday and then fly out ridiculously early Friday to freezing cold MA to see the snow for the 2nd time ever? Go do laundry..
