2 year old molars?

So this week my daughter had a slight cold--so we thought. She was also drooling a lot as well. I didn't think anything of it, but when she was laughing and had her mouth open wide--her two year old molars were already in (at least the bottom ones!).

 The interesting thing is her canines aren't fully in--they are all there, but not completely all the way down. So I wasn't expecting her molars for awhile!

Poor thing! Every child is different and their 2 yr molars can come in as early as 20 mths of age, even while other teeth are still coming through. My son has always gotten his teeth fast as well. He is 19 mths and his canines just came all through. they began before his first molars were done. Im sure his 2 yr molars are next. goodluck!!

My 22 month old has been bothered by these 2 year molars for months now.
His 1 year molars took forever to come
in and I suspect these will be the same. He's been chewing on anything and everything. I feel awful for him but I can't really do anything except give him teething tablets or Tylenol when they keep him up at night. Our pediatrician said that they bother the kids for months before they even erupt. I can't eat for them to pop through!
