Returning to work schedule- do you have one?

returning to work schedule do you have one? are you changing anything?

So I have lamented about getting a new job, so I thought in the meantime I should propose a new work schedule when I return in a month. I work 5 mins away from house so it will be a tall order to find another setup like this

Hubby is going to stay home with B until March. 

I plan on proposing that I work Tues- Fri 730a- 3p. Prior to leaving I started work at 8am or earlier so no real change there. I work in healthcare in H R and we don't get most of the Monday observed holidays off so chose that day as perm day off.

I got permission to work 7:30-4:30 but will probably wait a month at my new job to start that to make sure it won't rock the boat too much. My husband will probably work 8:30-5:30 so he'll do drop off and I'll do pick up, so she should be in daycare less than 9 hours a day. I don't see a point in letting it bother me since it is the best solution for our family right now.

I'm going to take one day a week off for the first little bit so I can have a day with her. H will primarily do drop off and pick up at daycare since its the opposite direction from my office but I know somedays he won't be able to because of his schedule. I honestly don't know what my job is going to be like when I get back since they were talking about changing it before I left so I don't know if I'll need to do crazy early or late international conference calls like I was before I went on leave or what. So, basically the day to day schedule is all up in the air until I get back.

we always planned to do DC or nanny what was troubling me was when we started DC and my work schedule like how the F can I make this work.

Now with a tentative plan I feel relieved.
