Magdalene or Caroline?

We had been somewhat set on Caroline for a girl, but Magdalene has come up now and we both really love it, too. Which do you prefer? (I can't get the poll to work right now- bummer!)

Caroline (long i for -line, not short like lyn: Care-uh-line)

or 

Magdalene (short i sound like lyn for -lene: Mag-duh-lyn)

I think both are beautiful. At least where I am, Caroline is VERY popular and Magdalene would be much more unique so that would be my pick. Better decide- you're running out of time!! Good luck!

haha I know! We have 2 names for a girl and 2 for a boy. We're terrible! At least I can use my delivery trump card if we don't decide before (just kidding- I don't THINK I would!!)
