My little drool monster baby is starting to get a chapped chin and cheeks. What can I put on it? She rubs her face then chews on her hands so I don't want to use something super greasy like Aquafor. Can I use regular J and J on it?

You can use lanolin.

I second the lanolin if aquaphor isn't an option.

Yep, lanolin is great. It works on diaper rash too.

I have a stick by mustela that I use. It works great. I got it on amazon. I don't remember the name but it looks like a thick Chapstick.

We're using a baby dermatology cream recommended by her doctor. It has some French name.

I use lanolin, bag balm, or aquaphor.  The greasier the better, actually. It stays on and his little face is cleared up and soft again within 24 hours.
