We're doing the same. LO is 7.5 months old. So far: sweet potato, carrot, squash, egg noodle, chicken, turkey, pork chop, broccoli, banana, avocado, spaghetti (no sauce), bagels, cheerios, and more. Basically whatever we're eating w/o the sauce. The veggies I cut into steak fry shape and roast or steam. The meats have just been roasted and I give a large piece for LO to grab and gnaw on.

Just started blw, weve done sweet potato, broccoli, potato, turkey, oatmeal which we spoon feed her bec she loved it and got really frustrated trying to do herself acorn squash.
