This morning, I was going through the standard routine-- get up, pee for the 80th time, get dressed, go downstairs, feed the cat, put the other half of the can in the fridge, give the dog her pills, put the dog food in her bowl...
And that is when my brain failed.
I put the dog food in my iced coffee cup. The cup I had put aside to make my iced coffee in. (Don't worry, it's decaf.) My dog was probably less thrilled than I was with this development.
At least I didn't put my coffee in her water bowl!

My husband and I were Christmas shopping the afternoon. While paying for my gift, I handed my credit card to the cashier. Then moments later, I was frantically digging through my wallet and said, "honey, where is my credit card?!" The cashier politely said, "You just gave it to me."
Ummmm. Yea. Right. Sorry. :-/
UGH!
