Bedtime

At what age did you start to push your LO's bedtime back? He has always gone to bed for the night between 10-10:30pm. But all of the sudden, he seems much more fussier in the evenings than usual. I'm thinking he might be ready for an earlier bedtime but how do you know? 

 He is 8 weeks adjusted but 14 weeks actual. I'm putting him to bed at 9:45pm tonight and seeing if that helps.

Right before I went back to work, is when I started to adjusting her bedtime. At first it was just in 30 minute increments for about a week. She now goes to bed between 7:30-8 p.m. just like her big sister.
