So DD loves Elmo. My grandma wants me to order her one for Christmas since I have prime shipping. Does anyone have this one? Is it annoying? Does your toddler like it? I am surprised there aren't that many choices.

Not sure which one your looking at but we having rocking elmo since age 1. Our LO loves it. He has drums, tamborine, and microphone. I have caught her rocking out in her room many times. I bought the keyboard, additional microphone, and guitar for xmas.

And she does NOT like it. We ask if she wants to play with it and she says "NO NO NO!!", we put it near her, she tells us "Back!" (as in "put that back")

We also have the rock n roll Elmo, and highly recommend it. Not sure about the one you posted, I don't think I've ever seen it in stores.

DS got this elmo as a gift last year and it broke shortly after. I would not recommend it.

We also have the rock and roll and DS loves it I highly recommend it!
