How much spit up do you let LO get on her shirt before you change her? We are out and about, and she got a couple tiny pea size spots on her shirt. Am I a bad mom if I don't change her outfit? [I hope not because I don't plan on changing her...]

My Blog
I was changing him every time he spit up for a while and going thru 3 or 4 outfits per day, which is a lot of laundry, and is hard on the clothes.
If he spits up a lot though, Or if it smells, i change him.
I have also started keeping a bib on him, which saves laundry.
I made rachelmichelle1 my bitch.
This. E has reflux though and he always has a bib on, other
wise I'd be changing him constantly. Sometimes it misses
or gets underneath the bib though.

Ditto. I almost never change for spit up. If it's really wet, sometimes I'll just stick the burp cloth under her shirt and let it dry.
This is me too!
